Presented by Benoit Bissonnette, Laval University This talk addresses practices and methods to investigate the condition and properties of structural materials that govern the behavior of a concrete structure (e.g., in-situ concrete compressive strength) and assess the expected performance of the structure as a whole (e.g., via load testing). These practices and methods include field-based nondestructive and destructive tests, and field sampling coupled with laboratory-based tests. The data from the testing and assessment will assist in the evaluation of the structure being evaluated.
