The stage for the next phase of South Africa’s future will be set by all South Africans pulling together in one direction to deal with the Covid-19 pandemic. This is the view of July Ndlovu, the CEO of Anglo American’s coal business in South Africa, who states in an op-ed to Mining Weekly that the Covid-19 pandemic has brought about several challenges for South Africa, its people, and industries such as mining, as one of the country’s largest employers.
