The National Employers’ Association of South Africa (Neasa) has withdrawn its urgent application in the Gauteng High Court to stop the implementation of a 10% import tariff and custom duties on coated flat-rolled products. Neasa had launched an urgent application in the Gauteng High Court last week to stop government form implementing “yet another” set of duties on coated products.
