Moolgem has agreed to sell the Jane Furse Crossing rental enterprise, in Limpopo, to Depoway as a going concern for R174-million. Moolgem is a subsidiary of Cumulative Properties, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of JSE-listed Arrowhead Properties.
