JSE-listed packaging manufacturer Nampak has reported a loss of R4.3-billion for the year ended September 30. CEO Erik Smuts attributed the loss mainly to impairments related to goodwill at Bevcan Nigeria and assets at Bevcan Angola, Plastics South Africa and DivFood.
