Oil and gas major BP said on Thursday it was developing plans for the UK's largest blue hydrogen production facility, expanding its investments in carbon reduction technologies to tackle global warming. Governments and energy companies are placing large bets on clean hydrogen and carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology playing a leading role in efforts to lower greenhouse gas emissions.
