The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) has appointed two new executive management team members in key organisational roles. Ntsoli Maiketso has been appointed as the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) Phase II divisional manager, while Kholotsa Moejane has been appointed as divisional manager corporate services.
