Boeing sent the first of two planned service bulletins to 737 Max operators Wednesday, providing instructions to repair an electrical issue that has grounded scores of new jets for more than a month, said people familiar with the matter. The first notice for airlines covers a small number of the affected aircraft, said one of the people, who asked not to be named discussing non-public information. A second bulletin focused on the other planes is close to completion and will be delivered soon, the people said.
