The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure (DPWI) has been allocated R25.5-billion over the medium-term. These funds will be spent on seven priority areas, Minister Patricia de Lille said during her budget vote on May 25. The department’s budget allocation for this financial year is R8.3-billion.
