Industry body the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) is researching the nature, causes and impact of cancellations of tenders on the South African construction industry and has prepared a survey to evaluate these. Western Cape Property Development Forum chairperson Deon van Zyl says the forum is sharing this information to encourage as many industry participants as possible to provide feedback about their experiences with regard to tender cancellations.
