In this session we give you an overview on general features and capabilities of DIANA. With the recent developments concerning local earthquakes in the Dutch province of Groningen, DIANA has an extensive part in the current evaluation and retrofitting of projects in this area. In this video we will give special focus on modeling and analysis setup for a typical (Dutch) residential masonry house with a foundation on grade, masonry walls and a roof subjected to pushover analysis. A nonlinear pushover analysis is performed until the point of failure is determined. Moreover, the obtained results are presented and analyzed.
