JSE-listed real estate investment trust Liberty Two Degrees (L2D) has, notwithstanding a challenging operating environment, declared an interim dividend of 15.79c a share for the six months ended June 30. On releasing its results on July 26, L2D’s share price rose by 3.96% to 499c apiece.
