The South African Revenue Service (Sars) and accountancy body the South African Institute of Charted Accountants (Saica) have partnered to build capacity in the State-owned tax collector. Saica will assist Sars with recruiting specialists with tax and forensic experience to help capacitate the organisation by mobilising resources from within Saica’s charted accountancy membership base.
