Public-private partnership the V&A Waterfront has appointed Dr Shirley Zinn as independent chairperson of its board of directors. The V&A Waterfront is jointly owned by the Government Employees Pension Fund, which is represented by the Public Investment Corporation, and Growthpoint Properties.
