After hearing industry body Vinpro’s case for the Western Cape to deviate from the national liquor ban, the High Court has reserved judgment on the matter. Vinpro’s urgent interim interdict application to enable off-and on-site consumption and sale of liquor in the province was heard by Judge Noluthando Nziweni on July 21.
