Industry body Vinpro has advised that its urgent interim interdict application to lift the ban on wine sales in the Western Cape will not be heard. The interim interdict application was confirmed to be heard on July 7, after being postponed from the initial date of July 2, after Vinpro launched an urgent application on June 29, a day after the latest liquor ban came into force.
