External auditing of community trust funds by independent auditors will now be enforced and transparency optimised, said Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) MD Werner Duvenhage on Wednesday. While the rauditing by independent auditors of the trust funds has always been a requirement, enforcement has been questionable.
