The fact that the Zulti South mineral sands project is not being developed is already having a real impact, says Richards Bay Minerals (RMB) MD Werner Duvenhage. This is because RMB is already unable to fully utilise its smelting complex from a capacity perspective because ore grades in Zulti North, the current operating area, are declining.
