The Swartland municipality, in the Western Cape, is upgrading the wastewater treatment works of rural town Moorreesburg at a cost of R122-million, says Western Cape Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning Minister Anton Bredell. The project is expected to be completed by January 2023. It is one of the largest capital projects in the history of Moorreesburg.
