Western Cape Premier Alan Winde has officially launched the Atlantis Red Dot taxi Service as part of Transport Month at the Saxonsea vaccine site. He was accompanied by the provincial Transport and Public Works Minister Daylin Mitchell and Health Minister Dr Nomafrench Mbombo.
