Sephaku reports higher profit, warns of industry headwinds

JSE-listed building and construction materials company Sephaku Holdings said its subsidiaries Métier and SepCem increased their net profit by double digits during the group’s financial year to March 31, mainly owing to improved revenues and lower finance expenses, Sephaku CEO Neil Crafford-Lazarus said on June 23. Net profit after tax increased to R45-million, up from R20-million in the prior financial year.
