The Midvaal local municipality has completed a R22-million water pipeline project that will enable Risiville, which borders on the Emfuleni local municipality, to have its own water supply. Previously, the Risiville area faced severe water cuts and reduction as it was joined to and relied on Emfuleni local municipality’s pipeline.
